• If you would like to buy one or more kits click Add to Cart underneath the product you like.
• Continue Shopping to add more products to your cart, or Proceed to Checkout to start the order process.
• Add your details like your name, address and contact details.
• Continue to Select your Shipping method. Choose between Courier (2-3 day delivery R190) or Post (South African Postal Service 5-7 days delivery R85 - R150 depending on the final weight of your order).
• Select your Payment Method. We currently support Direct Payment to our Bank Account. We will supply our banking details upon order placement.
• Review your Order to make sure all the details are correct, and write us a short message with special instructions (if needed).
• Place Order to complete the order process.
• You should see "Your order has been received" displayed on screen.
  
• An automated email message containing your order will then be sent to you.
• Once you are satisfied please do a transfer to our account and fax/email us proof of payment.

We will send your order within 2-3 days of receiving Proof of Payment. We will  SMS / Email your tracking number to you.
    
If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products, send unused items in its original packaging back to us within 31 days for a full product refund excluding postage.
